Glasses USA is stalling and they keep sending me emails it's going to take more business days to process my order. All the emails and online chat seem to be AI driven and there is no real way to get hold of a real person. Very disappointed right now and I can't even to seem to cancel my order and get my money back after waiting over 3 weeks. I finally had to try and get a real person on the line because I was at my wit's end.
Customer: I've been waiting over three weeks for my order. Every email is just another delay, and your chat is useless. I want to cancel my order and get my money back now.
