$372 Down the Drain: A Customer Service Black Hole & Scratched Glasses 📉
I'm writing this as a warning about my absolutely terrible online shopping experience. I spent a significant amount of money, $372, only for my glasses to arrive scratched. That was bad enough, but what followed was a customer service nightmare. I've "been trying for 2 days to TALK TO A HUMAN to fix an issue…no luck. Will NOT be buying from them again. Spent $372 on SCRATCHED glasses and tried to start a return/exchange. Never received the return label and the “bot” just continues to send it to my email, that I never received!" This entire ordeal forced me to persevere until I could finally speak with a representative to demand a resolution.
Customer: I've been stuck in a loop with your useless bot for two days! I paid $372 for scratched glasses and I can't even get a return label. This is completely unacceptable. CS Rep: I am so sorry to hear about your experience and the trouble you've had reaching us. That is definitely not the service we aim to provide. Can I please get your order number to sort this out for you right now? Customer: It's [Order Number]. I just want a return label and my money back. I don't trust you to send a replacement at this point. CS Rep: I understand your frustration completely. I see the failed attempts in the system. I am manually generating a new return label and sending it to your email as we speak. We will process a full refund the moment the return is scanned. Customer: Fine. I've just received it. Let's see if this actually works. This has been a ridiculous waste of my time. CS Rep: I truly apologize again for the inconvenience. Please let me know if there's anything else at all I can assist you with today.
