AVOID! 😡 A Cautionary Tale of Glitches, Broken Promises, and Terrible Customer Service


I'm writing this to warn others about my terrible online shopping experience. This company is "Dishonest, doesn't honor promos. Makes it impossible to collect offer when the site is full of glitches." With no 24-hour customer service and no agent available, the whole process felt incredibly unprofessional. I was forced to engage with their support team after their website failed to apply a BOGO offer to my order, which led to a conversation that cemented my decision to never shop here again. This is why I "Will NOT return and I do NOT recommend them."


Customer: Your website glitched and didn't apply the BOGO promotion to my order. Your team even admitted it was your mistake. Why are you telling me I have to return my perfectly good glasses just to reorder them?

CS Rep: I do understand your frustration, sir, and I sincerely apologize for the site error. I can see the issue noted here in your file.

Customer: If you see the issue, then just credit the amount for the second pair back to my card. It's a simple solution. Why are you making this so difficult?

CS Rep: I'm sorry, but our system isn't set up to issue a partial credit for a promotion after the order has been processed. The only way to apply the BOGO offer is to process a return and have you place a new order.

Customer: That's unacceptable and a waste of my time. This is completely unprofessional. I'm not doing it. Just know that you've lost a customer over this.

CS Rep: I am very sorry we couldn't resolve this for you today. I will pass your feedback along to our management team regarding this policy.
